Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Life Outfits. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team within 14 days at support@lifeoutfits.com or via the contact form on our website.
  • Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except for cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item, please return the original item following the above process and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting customer support.
  • After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.
